Giuliari TV2 "wide back" dual seat 4 vertical springs kit

Starting from the original springs of the original frames, we have reverse engeneered the drawings and with the collaboration of a springs producer company near us, we have realized the specific tooling to realize the springs 101% responding to factory specs.

All match the original specs: overall dimensions, wire diameter, winding verse, tread of the whorl, number of whorls, internal diameter of the every single loop and the eyelets to screw the spring to the frame.

We have improved only one aspect:
measuring the elastic response of the spring we have chosen a steel with a 25% higher yield point, in such a way to maintain the correct diameter of the wire and the response of the original spring (without making the seat "harder") but with a higher resistance to the permanent deformation of the springs.

We have chosen to leave the natural finishing of the steel to permit every kind of further surface finishing, from the liquid painting to the powder coating at customer wishes.
The original finishing was a glossy black near to RAL 9005 but nitro so not too much glossy "glass covered" effect.

100% made in Italy, under our specifications.

This project was born from two friends "maniacs" of the Lambretta originality and it is available for sale only from us in a low quantity.
